The biking arena at the heart of Tyrol warmly welcomes all bikers!!
Neustift has set a new standard with over 110 km of uniformly signposted biking routes. The routes offer trips in every degree of difficulty ranging from comfortable bicycle rides to sweaty circuits at altitudes of 2,700 m.

Winter in the Stubai valley

In Stubai we have one of the most striking and highest mountain valleys in Tyrol – The Stubai Glacier. It is the most beautiful all year round skiing resort in Austria. Having a holiday in Neustift is like leaping into a superlative winter landscape. Professional sport men and women, families and romantic winter dreamers, know that they are definitely in good hands.
Ski hikers, cross-country skiers and skaters, glide on a total of 130 km snowy courses of which 4,5 km is situated on the Stubai Glacier. 6 different toboggan courses have been prepared to make tobogganing more exhilarating.

Every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday night the “Nightrider” and fanatical toboggan riders dash off on the “Elfe”, which is a 9 km long natural toboggan course. Para glider and hang glider also have the opportunity to fly on their own or with professional help and enjoy the magnificent views of the winter landscapes.

Ice climbing
The Stubai Valley offers a secluded venue for those who enjoy ice climbing.
Every Friday, during the whole winter, the mountain guide school Stubai Alpin near the Bergstation(mountain lift station) Gamsgarten, offers ice climbing sessions with an experienced mountain guide, on a 20 m high ice climbing peak.
