The holiday house is situated in Fulpmes in the part of Medraz, app. 1 km from Hotel Burgstall away. The bus stop (chargefree in winter) and the cross country skiing tracks are reachable within a few minutes.

At summertime the house will be a good starting point for a big amount of hiking and biking tours.
In winter there are walking tracks and toboganning runs nearby, the skiing area of "Schlick 2000" in Fulpmes offers a great variety for skiers and snowboarders. The Stubai Glacier, the biggest glacier skiing area in Austria, you can reach in about 30 minutes with your car.

The Hotel-Restaurant Medrazerhof which offers a great menu for dining out is just opposite of the house. Others restaurants and shopping facilities you will faind in Fulpmes, about 2 km away, or in Neustift-Kampl, about 1 km away.
